We are factory. We are a manufacturer leader for window machinery and glass machinery. The workshop covers more than 20000 square meters.
How long is your delivery time?
Usually it is 3-10 days if there is stock. If there is no stock, the production time is about 10-20 days.
How does your factory control the quality?
About the raw material and electronic components, we have very stable long-term cooperated supplier. They guarantee very good quality. We have our own mechanical parts workshop, the QC can control the quality of every machine parts to the final machine tightly. After the machine is finished, we will test it again and again until everything is ok. Then deliver it to our customers.
What will you do if the machines have problems?
Our machine's warranty period is 12 months,if the broken parts can't be repaired,we can send you the new parts to replace.If it is out of the warranty period,we can negotiate to solve the problem,and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
What is your terms of payment ?
30% TT deposit,70% balance before shippment .
Do you provide equipment operation training?
Yes. You can send you engineer to our factory to learn the machine. We can send our professional engineers to your factory for machine installation, and operation training. All of our engineers have passports.
How far from the Jinan airport to your factory ?
About 10 minutes. We could pick you up at the airport or railway station if you need.
