5. Sophisticated bending tool and support rollers allow spacer bending corners in perfect shape and good looking. Corners are dimensionally stable and are non-distorted.

6. Thanks to advanced cutting tool and technology, no burr or chip are found on cutting edges. It does not affect joint quality between spacer bars. This bending machine can also act as cutting machine in case necessary.

7. Spacer feeding speed is adjustable.

8. Bending could be done manually. This is especially useful during maintenance.

9. All settings and operations are achieved from HMI touch panel display except power on and off.

10. All operation is done automatically except spacer bar loading in magazine and unloading of bent spacer frame.

11. Spacer bars are loaded in magazine rack. Incline table is a structure where spacer bars are bent and lean. Bending system is composed of bending tools, support rollers and pneumatic system. Cutting system includes motorized cutting blade to cut spacer bar instantaneously. Control system is used to control the complete automatic and frame data transfer and storage.
